Hi I’m Cullen Fleetwood. As a Certified Professional Inspector® (TREC #20717), I have been a licensed home inspector since 2013 and have completed hundreds of inspections throughout my career. Prior to becoming a home inspector, I spent over 15 years in the construction industry and also worked as an electrical engineer, giving me a strong understanding of how homes function from the inside out. In addition to my technical background, I’ve also worked as a film director, which helped develop my attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly with clients.
